Cuor Di Bue is a type of oxheart with a distinctive, ridged heart shape that produces large, fleshy, oxheart-shaped tomatoes weighing up to 200 grams. This variety is early, tomatoes ripen immediately in the second half of summer. A fleshy firm tomato ideal for salads and processing. The taste is perfectly sweet, soft, and has a thick consistency.
