Tsygan (Gypsy) Tomato is named for the Gypsies who live in Russia, this is one of the deepest, purplest, maroon tomatoes we have ever grown. Rich tasting with an almost smoky flavour. They mature from a dark pink-colour to a brownish-purple, with the interior turning dark purple.
