Cofetti
Very recent variety, developed from 2011 to 2017, made in the frame of the "Dwarf Tomato Project". One of the breedings from the "Beauty" line crossing "Beauty King" with "Dwarf Wild Fred", made by Vince Lavallo in 2011. Introduced to the public in 2018. Fruit weighs 200 to 300 grams, flattened beefsteak type at the poles, slightly ribbed at the top and with rounded shoulders. Bright yellow color with darker yellow and pink stripes. Yellow beef flesh with pink marbling. Good flavor, deliciously well balanced. Compact tree-like plant of +/- 1.20 m, with regular rugosa foliage, indeterminate growth. Generous mid-season production.
