Green Copia
The breed originates from the USA. A green and pink version of the Copia, a hybrid between Marvel Stripe and Green Zebra. From 180 to 450 grams, the beefsteak-type fruits are variable in shape, some flattened and wavy, others noticeably elongated or almost heart-shaped. The green skin is mottled with pink and gold. The tricolor cut, which mixes green, pink and yellow, is a perfect tasting fruit. It has a very pleasant taste, sweet, but no less has a hint of bitterness. Well-developed, tomato-like foliage, plant of indeterminate growth. Excellent productivity, regular from mid-season to frost.
