Madame Jeanette peppers.
When you hear Madame Jeanette, the first thing that comes to mind when you hear Madame Jeanette is probably not one of the hottest chili peppers in the world. But that's exactly what it is. Madame Jeanette (also known as the Surinamese pepper) has a heat rating of 125,000 to 325,000 Scoville Units (SHU), putting it on par with its relatives, the habanero and the Scotch bonnet peppers. While these chili peppers have a bright, sweet tropical flavor, Madame Jeanette's flavor is more subdued. It's a hot chili bomb, but quite aromatic in cooking, in the kitchen, and as a spice base.
The bush grows to 60-70 cm, spreading to the sides, and the stalks are full of fruit. (needs support to prevent branches from breaking) The plant does not require pruning, it forms independently into a beautiful mini-tree, with drooping branches.
