A Siberian commercial determinate variety of tomato from Russia grown in the South Ural since 1950. The name means Dignitary in Russian. Very productive compact plants up to 60 cm high require cultivation in 2-3 shoots. They are tolerant of low temperatures during vegetation and produce great until first frost. Ox-heart type fruit with a small number of seeds and delicious sweet flavour typical of the old-fashioned tomatoes grow up to 200-350 g. The first fruits can reach a weight of 700-900 g. Velmozha is also known as Budenovka, it is one of the most delicious and large-fruited early Siberian varieties.
