Elser Farm's Brown Derby is a variety bred by Maria and Darrellis Elser of Elser's Country Farm in Yucaipa California. This variety is a cross of Paul Robeson and Aunt Ruby's German Green. Fruits have an unusual ocher color similar to Uluru Ocher and Dark Orange Muscat. Exceptionally sweet tomato taste with a very piquant acidity and a note of sweetness. Flesh is juicy and at the same time firm, what is rare for tomatoes. Regular tomato foliage. Indeterminate variety with high productivity.
