A family heirloom variety, the seeds of which were offered to Al Anderson, USA, without naming. The latter named it (after the name of the donor's family?) and was introduced in 2007. In Annals of Seed Saving. This variety may actually be "Old German", which it closely resembles.
Large fruits weighing 200-500 grams, two shades of yellow-orange and pink, which can turn completely pink when fully ripe.
Fruits of two shades, also called bicolor. Orange-yellow fleshy cut, like marble pink/red, juicy and fleshy. Great sweet taste with fruity notes.
The plant is perfectly developed, regular-ordinary foliage, unlimited growth.
