The completely forgotten variety Red Beauty, now used only for "breeding fiber." Fruits weigh from 120 to 180 grams, can be somewhat larger. Slightly flat fruit, brassy, discreetly ribbed.
Bright red color, with green stripes and dotted with traces of anthocyanins, fruits of various sizes (this is a genetic trait) and darker colors.
Red, juicy, multi-layered flesh. Typical flavor of a heritage balanced tomato, it is best to eat fully ripe fruits, because then their flavor is most pronounced, with notes of sweetness.
Large plant, regular foliage, indeterminate growth-indeterminate.
Good and regular harvest, from mid-season to frost. Fruits keep well when ripe.
