Here is another Sofia's selection "salute". Only this fruit is without an extended nose. The variety is medium early, with a very impressive fruit cut, it's like a sweet meringue. A new variety, just bred and partially stabilized, 4 years. (F6 2024), bred by Sofia Saakova (Stavropol, Russia). An indeterminate type plant (indeterminate - high-growing) with regular foliage. The fruits are heart-shaped, burgundy-maroon in color with green and metallic stripes, covered with anthocyanins at the shoulders. Fruit weight - 150–250 g. The flesh is dark burgundy, sweet, aromatic. Really excellent selection work has been done.
