Cardinal Mazarini is an indeterminate variety. The fruits are large, heart-shaped, tapering, with an accentuated aroma. The flesh is juicy and sweet, almost acid-free. When fully ripe, the fruits are reddish red in color and have few seeds. Appearance resembles a very large strawberry. The skin is thick, so the tomatoes do not crack, can be transported. The first cluster usually produces fruits weighing up to 600-700 g, the other clusters can grow smaller ones weighing 300-400 g, but there are also those weighing up to 800 g.
