An old commercial variety created originated from Eastern Europe. This variety is created by Timiriazev Agricultural Research Center. In 2007 Boloto was included in the Seed Saving Archives – Yearbook. Fruits weigh 150 – 300 g. When fully ripe they have a rich dark green color with an amber tone. The flesh is juicy, and the taste of the fruit is mildly sweet. The plant is productive, thrives even at low temperatures. Grows up to 180 cm, can stack six large productive clusters of fruits per season.
